Azadirachtin, The active ingredient in Ultineem 1500/3000 /10000/50000 ppm is the most important insecticidal substance contained in the plant, it has, even in very small doses, a growth disrupting effect on many insect larvae, i.e. insects which eat this substance are unable to develop to the next larval / nymphal stage and die off. Due application of AZA there is a suppression of PTTH hormone in insects there disrupting thr moulting process.Other pests, such as grasshoppers, avoid or reduce feeding as a reaction to azadirachtin. As tests have repeatedly confirmed, due to its special mode of action, the neem. extract is quite harmless for useful insects. Unlike synthetic pesticides, tests carried out over a longer period indicate that development of any resistance to the neem extract is in the short term unprobable. One great advantage of the neem extract is that even after repeated application on vegetable crops, it remains perfectly harmless for humans. Ultineem-1500/3000/10000/50000 ppm is a neem based Organic Insecticide, which effectively reduces the pest load on field & Coffee plantation crops. Beauveria bassiana 1.15%W.P
Beauveria bassiana is a fungus that occurs naturally in soils throughout the world. It causes a fatal disease in various insects by acting as a parasite; it thus belongs to the entomopathogenic fungi group. The species is named after the Italian entomologist Agostino Bassi de lodi who discovered it in 1835 as the cause of the muscardine disease of domesticated silkworms. The insect disease caused by the fungus is called white muscardine disease. When the microscopic spores of the fungus come into contact with the body of an insect host, they germinate, penetrate the cuticle, and grow inside, killing the insect within a matter of days. Afterwards a white mold emerges from the cadaver and produces new spores. The fungus proliferates throughout the insect's body, producing toxins and draining the insect of nutrients, eventually killing it. Therefore, unlike bacterial and viral pathogens of insects,Beauveria and other fungal pathogens infect the insect with contact and do not need to be consumed by their host to cause infection. Once the fungus has killed it's host, it grows back out through the softer portions of the cuticle, covering the insect with a layer of white mold (hence the name white Muscardine disease). This downy mold produces millions of new infective spores that are released to the environment. The product is completely ecofriendly and maintains the ecological balance in the natural environment
The product does not create resistance, resurgence and residues problem in pests of crops
does not affect the natural predators and offers a long lasting pest control.
A typical isolate of B. bassiana can attack a broad range of insects harmful to crop plants. Beauveria bassiana can be used as a biological insecticide to control a number of pests such as termites, whitefly, and many other insects. As an insecticide, the spores are sprayed on affected crops as wettable powder. Beauveria bassiana parasitizes a very wide range of arthropod hosts, and so it should be considered a nonselective pesticide. Beauveria bassiana, the Fungi in Beauvo Royale is known as the white muscardine fungus because, infected Insect larvae turn white or gray on death because of infection , and is available as a commercial formulation named Beauvo Royale 1.15% W.P. having a spore count of 2 X 108 c.f.u./gm of the product which is 200000000 (two thousand lakh spores /gm of the product)
It is used to control whiteflies, aphids, grasshoppers, potato beetle, bark beetles, lygus bugs, chinch bug, corn borer, and codling moth etc.
It is also an effective Bio- microbial insecticide to control Helopeltis spp in the tea Plantation and also most other species of insects that are parasites on useful crop plants
1. This is an entomophagus fungi which when comes in contact with some host insects kills the same after colonizing the insect with its mycelium.
2. This fungi produces mycelium which parasitizes the host Insect causing white Muscardine disease.
3. Beauveria bassiana fungi produces a low molecular weight toxin, Beauvericin, that weakens the host's immune system.
4. Beauveria bassiana, produces the antibiotic oosporein, on germination into the host insect tissue.
5. Beauveria bassiana produces degrading enzymes in the insect body system thereby completely killing the insect.
6. Once inside the insect body, the fungus replicates and consumes, the insects internal organs and blood-like fluid, the hemolymph, ultimately killing the insect.

Effective in the control of lepidopterous pests like caterpillars/borers/flies/maggots etc.
LEPICON an effective contact Insecticide known to control caterpillars, heliothis, spodoptera, and Diamond back moth. It is specially formulated to include alkaloids which are derived from botanical sources, derris indica. It can be used to control targeted pests on crops which include vegetables, grapes and other small fruits, tree fruits, cotton, tobacco, shrubs, shade and ornamental trees, turf, Tea and coffee plantations ,foliage and flowering plants growing outdoors, in greenhouses and interiors.Very suitable for potted flowering plants and Orchids
Mode of action: On contact with the targeted pest, it disrupts the structure and permeability of the insects’ cell membranes. The cell contents are able to leak from the damaged cells and the insect quickly dies. Residual activity is limited once the spray is dried.
This product must come into contact with the targeted soft-bodied pests. Complete coverage of pests is essential for maximum control. Spray directly to contact the pests. Apply promptly after mixing with other pesticides to avoid or reduce alkaline hydrolysis of certain pesticides.
Target Pests:
Jassids, Aphids, and Scale Insects. Boll Worms (Heliothis), Caterpillar Heliothis Armigera, Spodoptera, Leafminer, Diamond Back moth. Looper Catterpillar in Tea.

(Trichoderma viride 1.5% W.P.)
Trasco Trichostar is a wettable powder formulation containing 2 X 106 colony forming units (c.f.u) of Trichoderma viride per gram
1. Trichostar is highly effective in controlling soil borne diseases , root, collar and stem rots, wilts, and damping offs, leaf spots etc. Growing roots are protected from attacking pathogenic organisms such as Rhizoctonia, Pythium,Phytophthora ,Sclerotinia, Fusarium and Sclerotium and several others.
2.
Trichoderma viride in Trichostar is parasitic to these plant pathogens. Mycelia grow and coil around hyphae of host (pathogenic) fungi when seeds are treated with Trichostar thus reducing their virulence and the plants are protected. It also destroys resting structures of pathogens. On seed treatment with Trichostar , it colonizes roots, increases root mass and health, and consequently yield increases, which chemical fungicides applied at reasonable rates cannot do. Trichoderma in Trichostar provides long-term root protection. As a consequence, yields frequently are increased over use of the chemical alone.
For seed Treatment
use 5-10 gms of Trichostar/Kg seed , make a slurry in 15-25ml water and get the seeds coated with the paste just before sowing.
FYM: to treat FYM 20 kgs add 1 kg trichostar

1. Bacillus subtilisis an ubiquitous naturally occurring saprophytic bacterium that is commonly recovered from soil, water, air, and decomposing plant material. Under most conditions, however, it is not biologically active and is present in the spore form. Different strains of B. subtilis can be used as biological control agents under different situations. B. subtilis bacteria produce a class of lipopeptidentibiotics including iturins. Iturins help B. subtilis bacteria out-compete other microorganisms by either killing them or reducing their growth rate. Iturins can also have direct fungicidal activity on pathogens. B. subtilis products are made for many uses. For plant disease control, these include foliar application and products applied to the root zone, compost, or seed. When applied directly to seeds, the bacteria colonize the developing root system, competing with disease organisms that attack root systems. B. subtilis inhibits plant pathogen spore germination, disrupts germ tube growth, and interferes with the attachment of the pathogen to the plant. It is also reported to induce systemic acquired resistance (SAR) against bacterial pathogens.
2. TYPES OF PESTS IT CONTROLS:
Iturins are reportedly active against the fungus Sclerotiniafruticola, which causes rots of harvested stone fruit. B. subtilis has also been tested for control of the pathogenic fungus Verticillium. B. subtilis has been used in conjunction with Streptomyces gramicifaciens for control of root rot in cucumber, corky rot of tomato and carnation wilt. B. subtilis also shows increased resistance to fungal diseases. It is also claimed to suppress diseases caused by Fusariump. and Rhizoctonia spp.
BACI – D/L delivers extended protection against disease pathogens through three distinct modes of action:
1. Colonies of B. subtilis take up space on the roots, leaving less area or source for occupation by disease pathogens.
2. BACI - D/L feeds off plant exudates, which also serve as a food source for disease pathogens. Because it consumes exudates, BACI - D/L deprives disease pathogens of a major food source, thereby inhibiting their ability to thrive and reproduce.
3. BACI - D/L combats pathogenic fungi through the production of a chemical (an iturin) that inhibits the pathogen\'s growth. It is reported that 60-75% of the seed used for the US cotton crop was treated with BACI - D/L® for suppression of Fusarium and Rhizoctonia pathogens.

1. Control of Black Rot in tea plants :BACI D/L is the best option for the control of Black Rot of tea. Use the product along with Trichostar 1%W.P. @1ml/Litre liquid formulation and 5gm/pit during planting of young tea. In mature tea regular application pre and post monsoon will completely ward off the disease.2.Seed Treatment: Mix 10-15 g of BACI - D/L in sufficient quantity of water to make slurry and coat the seeds with this slurry. Dry the seeds under shade and sow the seeds. The seeds can be mechanically mixed in a seed treater also. The treated seeds should not be blended along with chemical fertilizer/ chemical pesticide.
Soil Application: Mix 5 Kg / Ha of BACI - D/L with 500 Kg of organic manure/fertilizer. Incorporate this mixture at the time of sowing/planting.
Foliar Spray: Mix 10g of BACI - D/L per 1 L of water and spray. Spraying depends on the climatic conditions that favours disease occurrence and must be done prior to the onset of the disease. Spray at an interval of 7 to 10 days depending upon the crop and intensity of disease. Adding a sticking agent to the solution will aid in better adherence of the formulation to the crops and offers better disease control.
